I love your class and how in tune you are with me and what my body can do and needs. I look forward to it! Thank you.

1.5 – Year Client

I feel relaxed and comfortable around you because you make it easy to trust you. Your voice has a certain calmness to it that immediately draws you in and gets you really focused on the moves. You always know what is needed in a session without even telling you.

Rawan has a very beautiful energy especially with her slow classes she brings so much calmness and relaxation to both my mind and body. Whenever i walk out from rawan’s classes i feel lighter and happier. Ramadan program was great! It was a great balance of physical workout, active flows and relaxation meditation with focusing on different parts of the body. Thank you rawan for extending this beautiful energy.

Alive Yoga & Ramadan Program

I’ve been practicing with Rawan for a couple of years (since Alive Yoga days).
I really enjoyed this program (Ramadan 2020) and found it was a great way to keep active during Ramadan and the quarantine. It was the perfect mix of relaxing yet challenging, and my body felt so good after each session. Thanks Rawan!

My life is better with Yoga

I had never imagined to be this attached to yoga or any kind of practice! Ever since I’ve started practicing with Rawan, my eyes opened to a whole new world and a whole new set of possibilities! A feeling I find hard to express with words!
I practice with her 3 times a week, early morning and this has brought so much positivity and peace to the rest of my day! Rawan has an incredible gift where she creates this safe space that holds you with compassion and at the same time would challenge you and push you towards improving your skills. Her approach is incredible and she has helped me advance in such a short period of time, barring in mind that I come with back and neck issues, which is not easy to deal with! I can’t recommend her enough! She’s not only brilliant at what she does but she’s also ethical, kind and a real sweetheart.

Light & bright

Rawan was always gentle yet brought out of my body potential I never knew it had. I never knew I could be so flexible, so focused, so balanced and light!

In a class full of people she gave us all individual attention and made sure our postures were correct.

She very professionally, prepared for all her classes with permission cards of whether or not she was allowed to touch us, some said yes, some said no; the power of feeling respected was very empowering.

I appreciated that she explained the depth of every move, what the words meant and the different types of yoga.

She got me into yoga, and for that I am forever grateful.

Never thought I’d fall in love with yoga

Yoga was never my thing, not until Rawan taught it! Her way of progressing through the class, giving frequent gentle instructions, and respecting your limits made yoga a fresh breath and a happy resort after a long day. I’ve never felt more connected to my mind and body as I did during her classes!

Rawan,

Rawan,
Your one of the best coach’s that I have met in my lifetime and it’s really sad to know that you have left RNA, But on the other hand I’m really proud of you and what you have achieved in your educational stages by having a Master’s degree in Engineering and in the same time being a Great Yoga Teacher.
Keep in mind and always remember God doesn’t close one door without Opening Another Bigger and Greater things in Life.
