This is a comprehensive approach to breathing, moving and living WELL! You will learn how to master your own breath and understand your mind. You will learn both modern and traditional yogic movements and transitions. Enjoy a valuable time exploring breath work, yoga postures, mobility, balance, body-weight exercises, mindfulness and meditation. Wellness & Ayurvedic talks will be shared based on the individual/group needs. Corporate and Team Building Events available upon request. Each Session is 75-90 minutes long.
